Please send a cancellation request 24 hours before your appointment, if you are a “no-show” more than once, we will need a deposit in order to book you for another appointment. Clients will be given a 10 minute grace period to arrive to their appointment, if unable to arrive within 10 minutes, the client will forfeit their appointment time, and will be considered a “no-show.”
